What is your return policy?
Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged in transit may be returned to Diva of the Bling for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. To initiate the return, the customer must contact Diva of the Bling Support at (267) 257-3059 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label. Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment. Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
Do you offer gift cards?
We sure do. You can purchase a Digital Gift Card and instantly send to your recipients starting from $10.80 for a 2 piece of jewelry, tax included. Add $5.40 for each additional piece.
What are the payment options?
We accept all mayor credit cards.
We also accept cash payment through Cash App. Payment can be sent to $Bl1ngDiva after we confirm your order.
